Pier Fitness is not another run-of-the-mill chain gym. We're locally owned and have been actively involved in our community for more than 25 years. Our facilities include complete cardio and weight rooms, a group fitness studio, heated outdoor pool, saunas and locker rooms. We also have an off-site Pilates Studio where group classes, private sessions, and a la carte sessions are offered. We offer more than 30 group fitness classes each week including favorites like Cycle with our new Keiser cycles, Strength, Active Aging, Functional Training, and Water Aerobics. Our certified trainers are experts in group fitness instruction and can design a fitness program tailored to your specific goals.
